I help with most tech problems — slow computers, phones acting up, wifi and network trouble, printer setup, virus and malware cleanup, email and account issues, new device setup, and general troubleshooting. If it plugs in or connects to the internet, I can probably help.

You only pay if I fix it

I only charge if I actually resolve your issue. If I can't fix it, there's no charge.

Where I work

Based in the Washington DC area for in-person visits. I also help virtually, so distance isn't usually a problem.
